Testosterone
Supports energy, strength, and confidence. Shifts may show up as fatigue or low motivation.
I entered menopause before I entered midlife. At 37, cancer treatment pushed my body into menopause overnight. I was prepared to fight for my life. I was not prepared for the silence — or how little clear, science-based menopause support existed.
I spoke openly about cancer stigma. But menopause? I carried that alone. Like many women, I thought the exhaustion, brain fog, and anxiety were simply something to endure.
"NuHer was born from that realisation — and from honest conversations with women living the same experience. We are building NuHer to change that. To create a safe space where women are seen, heard, and supported with both science and real understanding. Because menopause is not a medical dead end. And suffering is not the price of ageing. Menopause is not the beginning of the end. It is a woman’s Prime time."

HRT is a medical treatment that supplements hormones like estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone to relieve symptoms of menopause and other hormonal changes.
BHRT uses plant-derived hormones that are chemically identical to those produced in the human body. It is often tailored to individual needs and considered a more natural-feeling option.
Women experiencing menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, or vaginal dryness may benefit. Men with low testosterone may also consider therapy. Always consult a doctor to determine suitability.
Both HRT and BHRT have benefits and risks. BHRT is marketed as more natural, but safety and effectiveness depend on individual health conditions. A doctor’s guidance is essential.
Yes. NuHer specialists prescribe internationally recognized, India-approved formulations including Transdermal Estradiol (gels and sprays), Micronized Progesterone, Dydrogesterone, and low-dose Testosterone specifically for women. As these are Schedule H drugs, a formal consultation and a valid medical prescription are mandatory.
No. Menopause is a natural life stage. HRT and BHRT help manage symptoms and improve quality of life but do not “cure” menopause.
